The first floor of Three Palms – Main House offers kitchen, living area with television, queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, washer/dryer and large front and back porched, designed for dining and relaxing. Take a short walk up to the 2nd Floor where you’ll find king master bedroom with private shower bathroom, secondary bedroom with king bed, secondary full bathroom, and hallway nook with double bed.

If you head out to the back, screened porch, you’ll find built-in gas grill and a dining table, as well as relaxed seating area.

Carillon Beach Resort is a charming small town located in Panama City Beach. Downtown Carillon and Market Street offer dining, shopping and resort services. During summer season, The Village Green hosts movies under the stars and pop up food trucks. Visit any of the three pools located in Carillon Beach Resort. The closest pool to Three Palms is Bellview Park & Pool, which boasts a children’s pool, playground and play house, Basketball Court, Two Tennis Courts, and Pickleball Courts. For oceanfront pool enjoyment, visit the Beach Club Pool, offering majestic views of the emerald Gulf waters and Carillon’s white sandy beaches. Lake Carillon Pool offers views of Lake Carillon. This pool is situated on the east end of the community and is heated from November to May. And for beach access, visit any one of Carillon Beach’s walkovers. INITIAL SUPPLIES – UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
This house sleeps up to 12 people.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside, and we ask that you use caution when smoking on pool chairs to not put burn holes in them.

No pets allowed. Violators will be evicted with no refund.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required. No parties or unregistered guests. Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.

Three Palms – Main House is located at the front of Carillon Beach Neighborhood. Carillon offers its own “downtown” with shops, salon and restaurants, as well as boasting the perfect location, just a short 3 minute drive to 30A and a quick 10 minute drive back to Pier Park. Carillon boasts one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in the area with a 4,000 Sq. ft. pristine uncrowded beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America on the Northwest Florida Panhandle.
